Powers and Special Abilities: Is able to combine a cake recipe with mayonnaise to create cheesecake. Is also able to fully impress gourmets and regulars alike with a Raw Tomato for dessert.
Weapons and Gear: Trusty Blue Dragon Wok, a wok forged by the smiths of his world for perfect cooking every time. ...Also works well on enemies.
Weaknesses: Tends to get embroiled in drama in regards to cooking and is a rather oblivious person by heart.
Background (Please keep this semi-short): Having run away from his home of Black Dragon Island, Hai Yo found himself working with the Liberation Army of Jowston and also fought off 12 different cooking challengers and eventually destroyed a legendary recipe which people were killed over.
