Notification of field command changes

SUBJECT: Notification of field command changes

Effective as of this week, as per Captain Ralf Derrison's request, Major Jacqueline Egret and I will be taking on the roles of joint field operations commanders. While that role is shared between both of us, the intent is to have one acting field commander at any given time, determined by the nature of the situation and challenges faced. As such, I will be deferring to Major Egret for engagements to which her particular fields of military expertise and field experience would be more suited, and she will do the same for engagements in which my paranormal field of study would be more appropriate. Specifics are to be handled on a case by case basis.

As part of this change, to avoid perceived inconsistencies or conflicts in field expectations, we have set out some basic written standards of conduct which we expect all Blaze of Glory personnel to follow when acting on the field. These standards are designed to make certain that every member of a team is on the same page when it comes to what is expected of them in terms of cooperation, communication, initiative, and the like.

I look forward to working with all of you further in the future. If there are those with any concerns with the above, or with general field operations, please do not hesitate to speak with either myself or Major Egret.
