Physical Description (Or picture): A huge, well shaped man with craggy features, smooth, pale skin, freckles, light hair, and gray eyes.

Powers and Special Abilities:

Superhuman strength, genetically enhanced and strengthened by a process of lacing his bones with various heavy metals. He can put a fist through concrete, and in his marshalship powered armor, his fist can go through the rear armor of most tanks.
Peak human agility: Marcus is deceptively agile, despite his size.
Eyes with minor cybernetic enhancements for target recognition and covert photo-work.
Enhanced sense of taste and smell for tailing suspects.
Modified stomach, can eat any organic material, rotten or not, even some forms of dirt, and survive indefinitely on it.
Marcus can go 24 hours with 30 minutes sleep a night for a period of 4 weeks without adverse affects, due to brain-modification.
Super-adrenal gland basically a gland that allows marcus to consciously change the chemicals running through his bloodstream, glanding such things as temporary combat drugs or painkillers, or even blood-clotters.


Marshalship training, specialized in detective work and counterintelligence.

Weapons and Gear: A lawgiver mark 2, scaled up for his size. Marshalship powered armor

Weaknesses: He requires specialized medical care because of his altered body. Magic will of course heal the fleshy bits but the cybernetic bits will need replacements.
He also requires a massive amount of food in order to stay active. His super-adrenal gland cannot naturally produce most of the chemicals he glands, so he requires weekly maintenance injections of the specialized drugs or they'll just be flushed out of his system.
Conditioning: Marcus has been hypno-conditioned not to break orders of his superiors, either in the initial Praxus Ordinal star system, or of his own home the marshalship. he simply transferred loyalty from one to the other, but his basic inability to EVER question, or modify an order can make him dangerous to himself. (He can self-terminate!)

Background (Please keep this semi-short):
Marcus's planet Praxus ordinal wasn't initially a part of the CoRe, or working with the marshalship until a few years ago. It was a ferociously independent system ruled by an oligarchy that left most of the day to day governance to bureacrats, and the execution of the laws to Enforcers like himself. He was genetically modified to serve as the bastion of law and order that Enforcers represented, in a high-tech society. He was the first volunteer from his planet to join the marshalship.

Addendum re:

Power armor just enhances his natural strength, and bounces bullets like they're a joke. A plasma round or an anti-tank missile will not only breach the armor entirely but kill him dead.

Powered armor has a vacuum-resistant seal and targeting assistance. Looks like this.
